1. Introduction
HK360VR.COM LIMITED ("HK360VR", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Gold Price Converter mobile application (the "App") for Apple iOS and Google Android. This Privacy Policy explains the information processed when you use the App, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
The App is a calculator and reference tool. It does not provide investment, trading, legal, tax, or financial advice. This policy applies to the App and does not apply to websites, services, advertisements, or platforms operated by third parties.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Data
We do not require an account and do not ask you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, contacts, photographs, messages, financial-account details, payment-card details, government identifiers, or precise location to use the App.
We do not operate a server-side user-profile system for the App and do not intentionally link App activity to your real-world identity.
2.2 Advertising, Device, and Usage Data
The free version of the App displays advertisements using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). As described by Google, that SDK automatically processes and shares certain technical and advertising-related data for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Depending on your device, platform settings, consent choices, and the ad shown, this can include:

We do not receive payment-card information for the Remove Ads purchase and do not use advertising data to create our own named customer profiles.
2.3 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores settings locally on your device so that it can remember your choices. These settings are not sent to an HK360VR server.

3. Network Communications
The App makes network requests to obtain gold-market and foreign-exchange reference data needed for its calculator. These requests may be made to market-data providers such as Yahoo Finance or Swissquote, or to services used to deliver equivalent data. They are not intended to include an account profile, contact details, precise location, or payment information. Like ordinary internet communications, a recipient can receive technical information such as the requesting IP address and user-agent information.
The App also communicates with Google AdMob to load and measure advertising. Those communications are governed by Google's privacy documentation in addition to this policy.

We do not embed social-network SDKs, operate an account-login service, or use an HK360VR-owned behavioural analytics or crash-reporting platform in the App.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information for money, rent it, or disclose it to data brokers.
However, use of the free ad-supported App involves Google AdMob processing and sharing the advertising, technical, interaction, and diagnostic data described in Section 2.2 with Google and, where applicable, its advertising-service providers for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Depending on applicable law and your choices, this may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety, rights, or property of HK360VR or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the App's design. Network requests are intended to use encrypted transport where supported by the relevant service. Local preferences are protected by your device's standard security controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Advertising, platform-purchase, and market-data providers are responsible for securing the data that they process under their own policies and safeguards.
7. Data Retention
HK360VR does not maintain a server-side database of App users or a server-side record of your calculator activity. Local settings remain on your device until you change them, clear App data, or uninstall the App.
Google, Apple, Google Play, and market-data providers may retain data they process under their own retention policies, legal obligations, and operational requirements. Please consult their privacy documentation for details.
8. Children's Privacy
Gold Price Converter is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to HK360VR, contact us at the address below so that we can review the request.
Parents and guardians should supervise a child's device and advertising/privacy settings. Advertising providers may process technical information as described in this policy; platform age, consent, and advertising controls apply where available.
9. Your Privacy Rights
9.1 General Rights and Controls
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Because HK360VR does not operate user accounts or retain a server-side profile for the App, we may not be able to identify you or fulfil a request relating to data held solely by Google, Apple, Google Play, or another provider. You can:
- reset or delete your Android advertising ID and manage ad personalisation in Android settings;
- manage iOS tracking and advertising choices in iOS settings;
- remove local settings by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it;
- use the platform's purchase history and restore-purchase features for purchase matters; and
- contact the relevant provider directly for data it controls.
9.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information. HK360VR does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Google AdMob's processing for advertising may be treated as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising under applicable law. Use the Google and device controls described above, and contact us for requests relating to data controlled by HK360VR.
9.3 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, the legal bases may include: performance of the App's requested functionality for local preferences and market-data requests; consent where required for personalised advertising or tracking; and legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring, and preventing fraud in the App, balanced against your rights. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9.4 Other Jurisdictions
We respect applicable privacy rights under laws including PIPEDA (Canada), LGPD (Brazil), POPIA (South Africa), and PDPA laws in Singapore and Thailand. Contact us to exercise applicable rights relating to data controlled by HK360VR. Providers that independently control advertising, platform, or market-data information may require you to contact them directly.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The native App does not use browser cookies. Advertising services may use mobile advertising identifiers, SDK storage, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising. These technologies are governed by the provider's policies and the controls available in your device settings.
11. International Data Transfers
The App is available internationally. Google, Apple, Google Play, and market-data providers may process data in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, those providers use their own legally recognised transfer mechanisms and safeguards. HK360VR does not operate an international user-data database for the App.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App, its providers, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or applicable store listing where appropriate.
13. App Store Compliance
13.1 Apple App Store Privacy Information
For the current iOS App version, App Store privacy information is intended to disclose the advertising-related data processed through AdMob, including Identifiers and Usage Data. That information may be used to track users across apps and websites owned by other companies and may also be collected without being linked to your identity, as applicable to the platform disclosure. The precise disclosure shown in the App Store is version- and configuration-specific and will be reviewed whenever the App's data practices or SDKs change.
13.2 Google Play Data Safety Information
For the Android App, Google Play Data safety information must disclose data collected or shared by third-party SDKs as well as HK360VR's own practices. For the current ad-supported App, the relevant disclosures include data associated with Google Mobile Ads, such as approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and device or other identifiers, used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and security. The declaration will state that relevant data is encrypted in transit, and it will be reviewed whenever the App, SDKs, or advertising configuration changes.
